Yes, but that doesn't work for us!

You definitely have a point there. What exactly applies to you?

… our management will not tolerate that!

Point taken. As difficult as it is for management to convince you of a new procedure, as difficult is it for management to be convinced by you of a new method of working. Within organisations, there are many obstacles to overcome, structural as well as cultural, if change is going to be implemented. If you are really sincere and honest about wanting to introduce this change, then as an external coaches I am glad and experienced to help you with this. Either by showing you new ways of how to convince management, or simply do it for you at all, so you can go on with your business.

… our business does work differently!

Point taken. Your business necessarily is unique. However, the underlying causes which make changing procedures difficult are highly similar throughout many organisations. I offer to assist you with both: finding the real handle which enables you to introduce changes, as well as adapting dearly required methods to your very own business situation and make them work for you.

… we cannot change our procedures!

Point taken. If organisational constraints hinder you, the pressure on your shoulder may just become too big to pull an act of this size through to the end, even if you remarkably have the guts to initiate it. In my experience, external affirmation can help a lot in accompanying this process of mutual optimisation. Why don’t you just hand part of this load over to my shoulders?

Do you have any other obstacle which falls into this category? Please do feel free to ask me about it. Maybe it is a miss and should be listed here.
