Yes, but we already do some sort of ITIL!

Perfect. So we don’t have to start all from the beginning. There are many ITIL courses and trainers out there who do an excellent job. But my aliando message is different. What you can expect from myself is to pick an adequate set of medications from big ITSM pharmacies (ITIL does work fine), and on their basis find an organisational therapy. If, and only if, your primary purpose is to obtain, maintain, or maximize agility within your ITSM processes. That’s my passion.

… we already do have agile-like processes!

Perfect. If they also perfectly provide you with the agility you are in need of, you deserve my respect, for I know the effort which is likely hidden behind this achievement. If any additional questions may arise on your path into the future, I will be glad to share some thoughts with you.

… we already do agile processes implicitly!

Perfect. I also do not believe in excessive process documentation. However I firmly believe that it helps the human brain a lot, to do a certain, important subset of procedures explicitly. aliando methods can help you keep this subset of explication fit for purpose, for your own improvement.

… we’ve been doing all this all the way!

There’s nothing I can add. I wish you all the best for your future.
